Orchestor (Web)

Web quickstart

Register your brand in the browser and review AI answers, competitors, and citations. Reach your first measurement results without installing an app.

If you are new to Orchestor, create an account, verify your email, and enter the beta invitation code provided by your contact.

Use the web app at orchestor.io. Register your brand's website to generate a profile and suggested questions. Review the setup, start measurement, and explore the results on screen.

The web app works well for:

  • Registering your first brand with a guided setup
  • Reading AI answers and comparing your brand with competitors
  • Exploring cited URLs and domains

To work with data through commands or scripts, see the CLI quickstart.

How the first measurement works

  1. Review the brand profile generated from your website.
  2. Review topics and prompts, then confirm what to measure.
  3. Review competitors, citations, and AI answers as results become available.

Topics group related questions. Prompts are the specific questions sent to AI systems. The current welcome flow lets you review both on the same screen.

Sign in and register your brand

  1. Sign in to Orchestor

Open the login page. On your first visit, choose your organization type in the welcome flow. If you are an agency, register the agency's own website first.

  2. Add the brand website

Enter the website URL for the brand you want to investigate in this workspace. Agencies should enter the managed brand's URL at this step.

  3. Review the brand profile

Review the generated brand information and measurement market. Edit anything that does not match the business, then continue.

Start measurement

On the measurement review screen, check the generated topics and prompts. Add any missing items, then confirm the setup to continue.

Choose questions that reflect your target market and customer context. Including the customer's industry or the problem they want to solve makes the comparison more specific than asking only for recommended services.

Results appear as they become available. Seeing some results does not mean every measurement has finished.

Review the results

  1. Open the first measurement results

Switch between competitors, URLs, domains, and AI answer results to review brand visibility, cited sources, and the answers themselves.

  2. Compare answers and sources

Read whether your brand appears and how competitors are described. When an answer includes citations, check which part of the answer each source supports.

  3. Review a plan for continued use

After reviewing the first results, follow the on-screen instructions to review a plan. See Subscription plans for the offering, and check the terms and price shown at checkout.

Troubleshoot setup

The brand profile cannot be generated

Check the website URL and whether you can open it in your browser. If the screen offers a retry, check the site and your connection before trying again.

Saved setup cannot be loaded

Check your connection and select the on-screen retry action. A message that saved setup could not be loaded does not by itself mean you need to register again.

The first results are incomplete

If results are still being prepared, review the ones already available. Follow any error instructions shown on screen. Record the workspace, message, and approximate time so you can explain the issue when requesting help.
