Inspect products
Open Shopping → Products to inspect registered products. Search by product or brand name and filter by brand.
Manage registered products
The list shows product names, descriptions, brands, product URLs, catalog prices, and registered attributes. Select products to change their brand or remove their registration in bulk. Export selected products or the filtered list as CSV.
Catalog information and information observed in AI answers are separate. A — in an analytics column means that value is not displayed there. It does not mean visibility or win rate is zero.
Read product details
Select a product to open its analytics. Depending on the results available, you can inspect:
- Visibility, win rate, position, and changes over time
- Competing products appearing in the same answers
- Shopping queries and fanout queries
- Attributes grouped into Characteristics, Facts, and Ratings
- Related prompts and answers
Catalog registration alone does not create analytics. Run prompts about the product so that the observed answers can be matched to it.
When data is absent
Distinguish a product that has not been observed, an answer without that product, an unverified product match, and a failed retrieval. Check the explanation shown on screen and the date range, then review the related prompts and answers.
