Can I connect a managed host such as Shopify?
It depends on whether the host exposes server or CDN logs and can deliver them. A managed hosting UI does not imply log export is available. Ask the provider about access. See the Shopify guide, WordPress limitations, or custom integration for the applicable options.
Do I need technical expertise and access to the code or CDN?
You need access to the hosting environment and permission to configure logging or the CDN. Work with someone who can carry out the provider guide. Registering a domain alone does not establish log delivery.
How do I know log collection is working?
Check the received logs. After setup, generate traffic and check the period and filters. Inspect both provider delivery status and receiver logs. Contact support if data does not arrive.
Why is there no data after configuring CloudFront with Firehose?
Check whether the registered domain matches the host in the logs. Check for mismatches involving a CloudFront-specific hostname. Also review fields, authentication, and delivery errors in the CloudFront guide. Do not include authentication tokens in support messages.
Why are the Logpush HTTP destination or ClientRequestHost filter missing?
Open the domain-level configuration rather than the account-level view. Select the account, open Account Home, choose the domain, and follow the setup. Review plan and permission requirements in the Logpush guide.
How do I switch between registered domains?
Select the domain you want to inspect from the domain selector.
Google Analytics
Which domain should I use when registering GA4?
Use a name that identifies the property’s site. When combining GA4 with Agent Analytics, associate it with the same registered website. See website and property selection in the GA4 extension guide.
Why are Overview, Bots, Pages, and Logs unavailable with GA4 alone?
GA4 and CDN logs expose different data. GA4 provides human sessions, AI referrals, transactions, and revenue; CDN logs describe individual requests. Connecting GA4 does not supply CDN request logs.
Why can teammates see GA4 data but I cannot?
Confirm your Google account has property access and has completed authorization. Check your connection in the Google Analytics integration settings.
Why do GA4 and Agent Analytics show different referral data?
GA4 may have history from before the integration, whereas log collection starts when delivery begins. GA4 blocking by browsers or extensions, collection points, and session-versus-request counting also affect results. Compare the same site, period, time zone, and filters.
