# Filters and display options

Filters determine which issues appear. Display options control their layout and ordering. Save frequently used combinations as views.

## Add filters

Select **Add filter** in the issue list and choose conditions such as status or assignee. Combine conditions to focus on the work you want to review.

## Change the display

Use **Display options** to switch between list and board layouts. Adjust grouping, ordering, and visible properties.

In a list, select a group heading's text to collapse it. On a board, use the column menu to hide a column.

## Save a view

1. Set your filters and display options.
2. Select **Add new view**.
3. Enter a name and select **Save**.

Saved views are available in other browsers.

## Initiative views

The initiative list also has filters, display settings, and saved views. Initiative views and issue views are managed separately.
